Job Description

Job Overview

You will dismantle industrial machines collected from companies and sort them into iron and non-iron materials. The dismantled iron is later crushed into smaller pieces and reused as casting raw material and more. In other words, your work directly leads to “resource recycling,” making this a job with a strong sense of social contribution.

Specific Tasks

Main tasks include the following:

  • Move industrial machines collected from companies to the work area
  • Dismantle machines using various tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and power tools
  • Sort removed parts into “iron” and “non-iron materials”
  • Support the process of feeding sorted iron into dedicated machinery to crush it into smaller pieces
  • Simple cleaning of the work area and putting away tools

You will not be assigned difficult tasks right away. At first, experienced staff will work alongside you and carefully explain how to use tools and important safety points. Even if this is your first job handling tools, you can get used to it step by step.

Because you will dismantle machines in many different shapes, there is also a fun aspect of thinking, “How do I remove this part?” and understanding the mechanism as you work. If you like dismantling work, you will likely find it particularly rewarding.

Typical Daily Flow (Image)

A typical day looks like this:

  • Arrive and change clothes (change into workwear and get ready)
  • Morning meeting (share the day’s tasks and safety checks)
  • Work A: Dismantling industrial machines and sorting parts
  • Break (refresh during lunch and short breaks)
  • Work A: Continue dismantling and sorting tasks
  • Cleanup, preparation for the next day, and leave work

Basically, you will repeat the same processes steadily. Once you get into the rhythm, many people feel the day goes by very quickly.

Who This Job Suits

This job is a great fit for people who:

  • Like dismantling machines and learning how mechanisms work
  • Are good at continuing steady, careful work
  • Can positively take on physically active work
  • Are interested in recycling and environmental-related work

No special qualifications or experience are required. If you have the motivation to “give it a try,” you are very welcome. Let’s learn each step and level up at a comfortable pace.
